Handmade Revolution guarantees the following on all items purchased through our online store.
- That the item will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Any delays will be communicated to the client within that time.
- The item will be mailed undamaged in packaging that protects it as much as possible from wear and tear while shipping. Any damage sustained in transit is not the responsibility of Handmade Revolution, but will be dealt with by the insurance of the carrier.
Items which are the wrong size may be exchanged with Handmade Revolution for the correct size within one month of delivery. Handmade Revolution will pay the shipping both ways for such items. Shipping costs for any further adjustments after the initial return, will be paid by the customer.
Items which break due to manufacturing flaws within the first month can be exchanged for an undamaged item if more are available or can be exchanged for store credit or a similarly priced item, if no more of the original item are available. Handmade Revolution will pay for shipping both ways for the replacement item. Handmade Revolution will verify that the item was damaged due to manufacturing errors and not negligence on the part of the customer, Handmade Revolution’s decision on this matter will be final.
Items which Handmade Revolution deems to have be damaged by shipping or customer negligence will not be replaced by Handmade Revolution.
H.R will ship items to customers with carriers that offer insurance. The customer may choose whether or not to use said carrier insurance. Any responsibility for damage to item in the shipping process, regardless of the choice of optional insurance, is with the carrier and not the responsibility of Handmade Revolution.
Should a price listing error on the part of Handmade Revolution occur, where one price is lower than the other, the client will be charged the lower price listed.
